Focus Workshops at The Cure™-Iron Mountain are a monthly opportunity for adults to step away from the busyness of life and invest in their well-being. Designed to help you relate, create, and connect, these workshops offer a welcoming space to grow alongside others who seek to live with intention. Join us on Thursday, March 6th, from 6-7 PM for our Essential Oil Roller Workshop with Jill Ellis, where you’ll explore the natural benefits of essential oils for stress relief, immunity, and relaxation. Come ready to slow down, create your own custom essential oil rollers, and connect in a space that invites rest, curiosity, and community.
